They are sweet animals. I purchased them some raisins, They love raisins. They come to the front of their cage when they see me walking by and want so more raisins, they are sweet and funny. I’m not overfeeding them raisins, just a couple everyday.

I had gerbils as a teen. Miss them. The poor things would not like my cat if I had some now.

Thats so cute! I had two teddy bear hamsters when i was in my 20s and i loved them so much! I can just imagine how sweet those gerbils are. Enjoy them!

When i was little i purchased a hamster from the pet store turns out it was pregnant i found the babies one day while looking for my hamster in the bedding freaked me out because they had no hair at first the mother killed one so i seperated the rest of them and when they grew up i donated them to the pet store

My sister had some when I was a teenager — lil fcukers would eat anything including trash bags and plastic, they would crap non stop and bite you when you held them, chewing and escaping their cages in the middle of the night, I hated the damn things
