What is your favorite beet recipe?

Had a good homemade style burger from the fish and chip shop today for lunch. Roll, beef patty with lettuce and tomato and beetroot. Love beetroot on a good old burger.

Yeah goes really well. Keep it simple. Lettuce, tomato, onion and some beetroot with a nice beef patty. Add your fav sauce and your good to go. Aussies like beetroot on burgers.

I make juice with them… beets and carrots… or beet, apple, ginger and celery…

I’ve never eaten the darn things. Too many stories about how it change your pee color to blood red. I’d probably pass out

@LED makes beet fries sometimes in the oven,
She told me about them and I made them once.
I don’t think they turned out the way they were supposed to,
But they were still pretty good.

Yes! I love beet fries!
Wash them, cut them into fry shape, coat in olive oil, season with garlic, onion powder, same, pepper, cayenne, whatever sounds good. Bake at 400/205 for about 40 minutes.
