I typically hear voices inside my head but recently I’ve heard some voices that come outside my head, those voices are scary imo

I get the outside the head ones when not medicated. They mostly just do commentary on my life. Intrusive thoughts are worse though.
Still, I prefer it all compared to negs.
Yeah I had those sounds like someone is in another room.
Yes, I get them occasionally but it sounds like people outside my window, which is impossible. Definitely scary, but not real.
