He won’t meet my family yet because he has a great deal of social anxiety. I really should stop reading advices from the internet

What if you did it one at a time for just a few minutes? That way he can get first impressions out of the way without having to suffer through an entire evening with multiple people judging him.

I’d imagine it’s a scary process for some guys and you realize how that can be uncomfortable from your experience! Listen to @LED. Do it where he feels comfortable and same for parents. These things we have to live through to get on with life!
Always good to ask him why he’s reluctant and tell him why it’s important to you!

I always send him videos of my family etc so that he can get more familiar with them… I will give him more time and space…when he ready

I told him it’s important to me and how i felt about it, but when he told me he feels anxious about the whole thing i really don’t want to pressure him any further …when he’s ready he’ll mention it…
