I have to wash my hair for the week soon. Ugh. I hate washing my hair.
That’s I cut it short… For me brushing my teeth is hard

it’s 9:40 pm Saturday evening. I’m drinking and listening to folk music in the dark. good times. me and my merry drink again.
It’s 9:45 pm Saturday here. Cold, too. Here, spring is having a little trouble springing.
I hâd some bad dreams, but I like it early. In a few hours I go to work

yes, well I had a glass of wine and now a beer. I hadn’t drank for a couple weeks but I fell off the wagon. my drinking is much less frequent then it used to be anyways, so I’m improving.
I can’t overdue it. I have to be up by 9am for church on sunday
Make sure it doesn’t get our of control. How my mother says one drink leads to another. A glass of wine any other day is good for health but Idk about sz

yes I’ve told my pdoc about my occasional wine and she doesn’t say anything about it. but from experience I’ve learned not to overdue it.
