I had to miss the yearly Christmas luncheon due to a health problem. It was held on Friday. This morning, the biker came up and showed me a medallion they gave him for 5 years of service at our company and also a wristwatch. And he told me I would be getting one too.

But I was shocked because we had started with this company at the same time but I thought I had only been with the company for three years. I was wrong by two years! And I had worked for two years prior that in this building with my original company. So I thought I had held the same job for 5 years but actually it’s been 7 years, a personal record for holding the same job. :smile:

Well done my friend. You deserve something and anything is a bonus. My record was 5 years so I know the drama about changing jobs. Always had a good interview technique so getting one wasn’t a problem. Sticking with them was hard for a prodromal sz person.
