Do u feel shame about your diagnosis if sz? I remember feeling that way. But no more.

I feel a bit of shame yea. I don’t tell most people but I think others tell people so they find out anyways but i feel a bit ashamed by it.

I’m very ashamed of it. I still don’t believe I have it. I do need APs though so I take my medicine
