My neighbors had a male black cat and they put a bowtie on its collar. He was so adorable. I managed to pet it. Then, it started brazenly walking into my house if I opened the door while he was around. I fed it turkey slices.

I used to let him in the house and play with him. Great times. I took pics of him in his bowtie and posted them on instagram and facebook. I like to think I made him an internet star. My neighbors would probably be appalled that I usurped their cat stardom for myself, though.

Every morning, when I get out of bed, my one cat zips directly in front of my feet over and over again. I can’t tell you how many times that I’ve tripped over him and let out a string of obscenities.

Excuse me, going out to buy a bow tie. Be right back.

My cat Puck was the biggest a§§hole. Doesn’t afraid of anything. He evicted a family of raccoons from a storm sewer so he could lounge there at his leisure.

At my old apartment, he got out into the hallway now and then. It was cool with the building manager, who loved cats and Puck in particular, so one time I didn’t bother to chase him down.

About an hour later, the building manager knocks on my door, says he found Puck sprawled on his bed. I apologize profusely and he says it’s no problem, he loves hanging out with Puck. I apologize again and he laughs and leaves.

I see him the next day and I still am apologizing. He laughs and says that there’s more to the story, that he went back to his apartment and couldn’t find his own cats. After an hour, he found them huddled on the top shelf in his closet, terrified. Puck invited himself in, treed his cats, then took a nap on his bed. A§§hole!

Puck was unique in the world of cats in that there were four parties who fought over who would get him if something happened to me. I have never met another cat who had that same problem.

My cat is actually not an assss. She pretty much sleeps all the time and if not is very loving. She can be a princess sometimes which borders asssshole. She eats her food into a ring and thinks her bowl is empty because there’s no food in the middle. That one makes me crazy. She also like to be in the shower and will meow until someone turns it on for her. She’s a weirdo💜

I had an as*hole cat, but he was miiinee and adorable at the same time. He chased shadows and brought me gifts (dead birds, mice and lizards) from his hunts. I loved him to pieces, he disappeared :frowning2:

All my other cats were adorable, my current cat is adorable, just afraid of everything, I’m betting he’ll be afraid of the new kitten when she arrives.

My six month old kitten Tiggy isn’t an ■■■■■■■. But he does have some strange quirks.

At the moment he is sick with giardia. He has diarrhea. He is on medicine for it.

That would be fine if he would use his litter tray, but when he has diarrhea, the noise freaks him out and he bolts from his litter tray and poops all over the house.

Thank goodness we have hardwood floors and not carpet.

Previously when he has had diarrhea, we really wanted him to use his litter tray. So we started giving him kitten treats whenever he did a poo poo in his litter box.

Now whenever he does a poo poo, he puts on a big song and dance about it to get his kitten treats.

He has played fetch since we brought him home at ten weeks old.

This morning he picked up one of his food pouches from the pantry (I let him in to play around while I packed my bag for work), then brought it over to my feet and started pawing at it. I took the hint and fed him.

He is very good at taking off and hiding his collar.

When I am in my dressing gown, I become his mum. He kneads and suckles at the bend in my elbow as if I am nursing him.

He has just taught himself how to open the drawers in the kitchen, but still hasn’t figured out how to get on to the bench.

I love Tiggy, he is going to be a really big cat too. He has big paws for such a young kitten.

me too. We have to isolate him to the back room at night and when we are out during the day just in case he gets ‘the urge’ when we aren’t around to clean up.

I hate locking him away. I feel cruel.

I get that, it sounds for the best though.

Just until he’s better

Oh, he steals knickers (underpants) from the inside laundry line too.

He hides them all around the house.

I was a temporary home for a dog that ate all my clothes once!

Any time I get a cat I spoil it so rotten I have to give it away. That’s what I did with my last cat. He’s got new owners now, and he’s acting pissed at me. At first, he had a bad habit of defecating in the hallway when he got angry, but I broke him of that. Any time he did that I would sweep him out the door with my broom. He might be reverting to his old behavior now that he has new owners.

My cats are both little angels. They were both rescues, and I think they’re grateful to us for giving them a home, and also a little bit afraid because of the unknown rough life they had before being rescued. One of them came to the shelter with his tail hanging off, and they had to amputate it, so he must have experienced some terrible things.

My dog, on the other hand, is a huge aśshole. He spends the whole day barking to go outside, and once he’s out there he just barks to come back inside. He hides his kibble in little piles all over the house and I swear, it’s like accidentally stepping on a Lego. If my fiancé ever accidentally leaves a bedroom door open when he leaves, he immediately poops on the floor, even if he just went outside. I love him though. He cuddles me at night and he’s cute when he wants to play.
