2 hours of walking exercise should bring your heart rate up above 100 bpm if you can maintain it for that long. Also, the results will depend on how many calories you burn. Do you sweat a bit when you walk?
I try to maintain a heart rate of 156 bpm for 40 minutes burning just over 400 calories at a distance of over 3.75+km jogging. I sweat quite a lot.
That’s plenty of walking. That’s darn good. That’s excellent. It would help to do other exercises if you have it in you.
