Click into the profile and choose “ignore”. Specify time length.

Yes, you can mute or ignore users. Mute removes notifications from that user, and ignore actually hides their posts, but only for up to 3 months at a time.

yeah you can just mute them, then if they say something it just says ‘‘ignored content’’
