You know, like the ‘5 things’ for dissociation, or ninja’s “things I do to calm down” list for anxiety.

Is there a checklist of things to reduce or break out of a delusion?

One thing you could do is to test out your beliefs.
Make a stratified list of how you perceive it. For example,

how does the beliefs make you feel?

Any thoughts on why you feel this?

Can you test out if these thoughts are true?

If no, are there any other alternate way to perceive these unusual thoughts?

If yes, what are your actions to cope and alleviate from these unwelcome event
