Delusions 1515

When should you pay attention to them, in your experience? Just when in therapy? If not, how should you go about looking at them? I appreciate your replies.

Just ignore them or dismiss them when you have them. In therapy, talk about them.

that is a really good question and Im not a therapist/Im actually going to study to become a therapist though/alt. I studied Carl Jung/collective unconscious and psychology. Delusions are complex they are IMO fixed pattern beliefs that come from confusion of information. Like static on a tv screen we interpret things to mean something out of confusion all the time. So you can pay attention to them, like in meditation and them let them go to bring relief. so delusions are what you believe, to change beliefs learn to practice the art of non attachment and YOGA
