I mean it’s possible to have undetected DID and you most likely wouldn’t have insight about it but depending on circumstances it’s unlikely. I mean idk your life but it seems you’re pretty active with your treatment. Surely someone would have picked up on it or asked you questions about it to make sure. It’s pretty rare at least

youre not having symptoms but the meds are not working for you in a holistic way, you’re overweight and you feel like crap. A doctor should work with you until you’re a functional person again. I get irritable around the end of the month when I think my meds are running low in my system. Every month my mom says the needle couldnt come soon enough. Irritability definitely comes with sz, I remember when I was around 20 before my first hospitalization my parents would call me for dinner and I would scream ‘4uck off!’. I was super irritable.

Yea I dont have sz symptoms at prescribed 4mg dose but had irritability/mania which disappeared at 6mg. I still didnt let him know. My apt with family Dr gp is 1 June, my family Dr will refer me to a new psychiatrist.

I agree with you, he shouldnt have left me as I still need meds and have severe negative symptoms. I couldnt say no, he just said you dont need a pdr anymore, your family Dr gp can refer you to a new pdr if you need to change meds again. I prefer having a pdr over a family dr gp.

Personality is the same kinda but I’m much more social phobic

Almost zero emotions compared to before etc.

Have you thought about taking maybe a low dose of abilify with rispiridone?

My pdr wanted to do but he was hesitant as he said even at low doses it may cause impulsivity and shopping addiction I had on 15 and 20mg Abilify. Maybe I should take that risk idk. He told me to chose and I said no. He also tried to prescribe me 1mg Rexulti and I refused. I am afraid of having the same problems I had on Abilify.

Honestly if you don’t feel comfortable adjusting meds, maybe get the doctor to set you up in a ward for a month or two. If you want the right combo you got to try anything you can.

I was put on 0.5 mg of testosterone several years ago. Nothing improves my mood more than that shot

So when I was in the strongest psychoses I was just not trusting anyone and everyone was my potential enemy. The worst few experiences in my life. But No, I do not think that i have divided personality, at least not in my case.
Somehow i managed to be rational.
