you know the bullying stuff etc. when they pick on one person for some reason, usually prejudice? is this legal? can it be prosecuted?

Are you talking about the stuff SJWs do? I’m no expert on the law but it seems like they just stay on the fringe of the law. If they try to get you fired remember that your employer can’t fire you because you are Sz. Your employer would have to come up with another reason.
Why? Have you been targeted? Most of what I hear about SJWs is stuff on the web. My closest experience with it was how I was discharged from the air force. If you find out if it illegal say something even though I don’t have much personal experience I would like to know if I have legal recourse.
If they physically attack that is illegal.
I was never bullied but my problem was my parents never understood me as their kid…i was neglected and ignored…!!!
i’ve been targeted at work and in general in my community. i tried complaining to the police about their harrassment techniques of abusing me but got nowhere.

Since you are on a sz forum I have to ask if you can actually see these people. Because I remember when I thought I was being harassed by a bunch of people. I kept thinking people were talking about attacking me and calling me names. So when I went to confront them no one was there. Do they do this to your face? It is difficult to tell if you are having an episode or if it is the real thing. Do you have proof? If you find you can’t never get proof or find the people that are doing this to you you may be hallucinating it. That and having delusions.
i can see the people plus i can see them harrassing me.

Well then you need to find some way to prove it otherwise the cops aren’t going to act on it and the courts won’t do anything about it. Do you know the people that are harassing you? How exactly are they harassing you?
I think the laws concerning assault state that as soon as you touch someone with an unwanted touch you have committed assault. Of course, it is a very minor assault charge, depending on the circumstances. I don’t think the law is really enforced along those lines. It’s just an esoteric type of legalese. I think the law is fairly forgiving about threatening body language, I guess it is because body language is inherently ambiguous, and a person should be able to defend him or herself against such things just by responding verbally. Personally, I would like to see legal corrections against bullying. Sometimes with kids that can go pretty far. I’m ashamed to say it, but I did a little bit of bullying when I was little. Some kids don’t seem to be as aware of the fact that they can hurt people. Trying to get kids to empathize with others can be very hard.
