I do this all the time. Eat breakfast go back to sleep. Eat lunch go to sleep.
Someone once told me that is really bad.
I’m not sure

I do it too. Its really comfortable.
It may cause indigestion, because your digestion system slows when you’re sleeping. I always get a sort of upset stomach if I sleep on a full belly. Also, it can cause you to gain weight because since digestion shuts down it just converts everything to fat.
Sleep on your back.
Sounds like the day I have had today. I just have not had to energy to be conscious
I don’t eat b4 sleep anymore bcz it makes me wakeup at night from stomach acid going up burning my throat + my nose and from burping. Really uncomfortable when stomach acid ends up in my nose.
I can’t fall asleep if I’m hungry. I have to eat before bed.
I had to stop eating before bed because it causes me to have horrible nightmares and terrible vomit in my mouth. I would wake up with burning acid coming up my throat and would clench my mouth in time to not have a mess to clean up.
I used to have to have a packed stomach to sleep but now I can sleep and function overall feeling a little bit hungry.
Thanks for sharing that article. I did not know that sleeping on a full stomach may increase stroke risk. Really good to know. Imma look into that.
Interesting, my dreams were always more vivid when sleeping on a full stomach.
No problem, I used to only be able to sleep on a full stomach, I’m deathly afraid of strokes, I’m trying to minimize my risks, I contemplated taking shots of olive oil everyday lol.
It’s also unhealthy to swim on a full stomach.
But personally I tend to stay awake if I sleep on a full tummy. Too much action going on inside. Though I may eat late sometimes but usually not right before bed.
I eat something light before bed like a salad cheese sandwich or an egg, fruit. Sometimes i eat something more heavy like meat or pasta, but than i got the consequences in bed, heartburn.
