This is really only something a doctor should advise on. I’m the idiot who has fallen on his face a few times after messing with meds so I’m a poor example to give others advice on tapering or going cold turkey.

I really understand your point of view about getting off your Zyprexa. I hope that I in no way have influenced your choice of getting of your Zyprexa.
The reason for my somewhat negative writings lately was the 1000 of hours I spend infront of my T.v. Watching antipsychiatry on you tube.
I now realize that I was poisoned by the influencers view points. So I wish you the best and softest recovery you Can get.
Those antipsychotics are no fun but they are the plank that saves us Schizophrenics from going under.
But please listen to your boddy in regards to your illness. And take Care.
I`m not against antipsychotics and they have kept me alife now for 30 years.

Suspence is so right. I went off of some psychotropic and I was close to attempting suicide on more occationS. I survived through pure luck. It is never advisable to do that without at least to let your shrink know.
Ill never ever take other meds than those Im on now because youll never know what you get before youve tried some new fancy pill.
