I think it really depends on if there’s added sugar. Some are crystalized, and they’re not healthy.
Overall they are not so healthy, although prunes can be pretty healthy.
Trader Joe’s sells unsweetened/unsulfered dried fruits. I like those. And freeze dried fruits, but those are usually a little too expensive except for special treats.
Be sure to brilush teeth thoroughly after eating dried fruit. The sugar of the fruit is concentrated plus they stick well in between teeth.
I’m personally not a fan of dried fruit.
I buy a bag of prunes each week.
I feel like it depends on what’s been added to them and how much you eat.
It’s just that the sugar is so concentrated that you can easily eat to much of it. So just remember, everything in moderation.

I have never been a fan, so I don’t eat dried fruit. I eat apples at work. That’s about it.
