I’m curious, I don’t iron my clothes after I wash them, I just rely on the creases to be as minimal as possible in the dryer lol

I also use the lint roller. My work pants are black, and my dogs’ fur tends to be white and long.

I’ve not needed one because my place is without pets, as for iron, ever since I moved into my place I’ve been unemployed and therefore never needed to really iron regularly - it’s funny to me becuase I did it more as a school kid than as an adult lol

Oh man, in my military days I had to have an ironing board for my uniforms. And lots of cans of heavy starch haha! A lot of other airmen would just take their uniforms to the cleaners, but I always viewed that as a cop out. I figured if you take pride in being able to wear the unform you should iron and crease it yourself.
I had an ironing board a long time ago but years of using ot and moving around bent it to absolute crap and it was super stained and just overall worn out so I just tossed it in the trash.
Nowadays I just throw my stuff in the dryer on low heat and bring hangers down to the laundry room when it’s done drying and hang it up.
It does seem like ironing seems to be like a ritual of the past as in older days people who couldn’t afford/or just didn’t have a dryer would just iron everything.

I’m waiting for my payment to arrive, then I’ll look for an iron board and iron.I was thinking of using a steamer but bc the technology is new, it doesn’t sit well with me lol 
I don’t have to dress for anything these days

Yes. But I don’t iron everything. Just my son’s school uniform and random bits that need to be ironed.
when I was an architect I ironed my shirts and slacks…that is long ago…don’t even have an iron.
