I don’t own a phone other than the landline in the kitchen. I’ve never texted a message either.
I know…I know…I’m Gunga the Caveman.
That can’t be a bad thing @PatrickT
The world was a much better place without phones.
All these kids wanting iPhones by the time their 10 is crazy. I didn’t even own one when I was 10
I owned a fancy, new model iPod touch and many android phones. While I loved the iPod and did kind of want the iPhone, I decided that it was too pricey for what it was.
Things I like about apple:
iMovie
super dedicated music player
excellent camera
Things I like about android:
more free apps
Inexpensive

I voted both. I think they’re equally good. But I’m a cheapskate so have android.
It’s a generational thing, Ish…
Kids are just growing up with the technology and social media. I grew up with the Walkman and Colour TV. I think the older generation back when I was a teen didn’t think much of kids listening to music all day with headphones on.
In all honesty, I feel android phones seem to have more functionality and more options of customisation. But I prefer the user friendliness of an iPhone.
Android is based on linux and it is open source, therefore everyone can see the code and fix bugs, security holes and improve its performance.
To be honest the only reason why I prefer iPhones are because they are the same every time and I don’t have to bother learning how to use a new phone. There’s too many androids and it’s annoying finding out which is best every time and then learning how to use it. Androids are definitely better phones though and you save more money on them.
In short I only use iPhones because I’m lazy.
I got hooked into the iPhone ecosystem and. Ever wanted to leave
I see all the sensible people voted Android.
Exuuuuse me?

I have a second hand iphone, so I don’t buy them for the status of it. I also will be giving my mom my old phone and the iphone is just easier to learn. I could talk her through most things.
