I did equine-assisted therapy a few years ago. I got to brush a horse. Then we walked around saying hello and petting all the farm animals. They had fainting goats and I tried not to make them faint.

I had the chance to join riding for the disabled in my early 20’s & it was a lot of fun, when I was on the ward I was asked what I’d like to do when I left the ward and I said I’d like to ride a horse, by pure chance my pdoc was involved with a riding charity, I had a great time but I stopped going, I wish I’d stayed at it but it’s ok. I loved it.
