Anyone in here ever experience mild incontinence as a side effect of antipsychotics or lamictal?
I.e. Having to pee a lot or feeling like you don’t hold urine as well as you used to?
Sorry for being descriptive. I’m wondering if this is a side effect of psych meds or a consequence of aging.

@anna has this problem with most of her meds. Just having to pee a lot. But that’s not what incontinence means. Incontinence is when you actually have an accident.

Could be age, I’m 40 but I think the meds are beating up my body

Yes. I’ve experienced that, only it’s not from a psychotropic drug. It is from a drug to shrink my prostate called “Flomax”.
I don’t have the actual accident. I just need to piss more often now.
Not yet. I’m not overweight though.
I personally think it’s lamictal that does it but not sure.
Could be due to an enlarged prostate so maybe have your prostate checked.
