Interesting… I wonder if this is why I carry myself somewhat awkwardly. A topic this made me think of which you may not know is “ideomotor effect”. Or “Ideomotor phenomenon”. It makes for an awful “poker face”. Anyway it’s a quick read on Wikipedia.

From an image I’ve had for several years .

It’s hard to fathom how many problems I have… atleast I know. Knowing is half the battle right?

I don’t have a lactose intolerance but in the past milkshakes have made me feel bloated, creamed eggs, rich tasting scrambled eggs and omelette can make me feel nauseous .

I used to like Muscle Milk and I recall it had casein but also is now discontinued. Do you know anything about that?

Yeap, this article makes sense… One pdoc told me, that my motricity is bad  …

Nope I don’t know about muscle milk.

Just I’m weary of casein dairy. I don’t think removing it will necessarily end szc but it might be a conrtibutor amongst many things, at least in a sub group of szc people
