They want a more extensive bathroom remodel, to get rid of one of the tv stands we use to store clothes, get rid of my bird Zorro and their bearded dragon Leo

For now we’re sharing a bathroom the extensive remodel for our bathroom has been nixed they want in return to get rid of Leo their bearded dragon and my parakeet Zorro. They said they take up room.
Good news is they may have my partner take over the van payments and then get the van when she gets her permit and pay the fine and hopefully get her license. I don’t see it happening anytime soon or most likely never
