You really need to seek out intensive treatment or a med adjustment. You have been suffering and there are ways to get past this.

See if you can quietly ignore them. The more wound up your getting, probably the more persistent they are going to be. They feed of your emotions.
And get some decent meds down your neck, you dont have to put up with it.
