I want to write a song about my grandma who passed away last april. I always admired her so much. Most of the people in my family are kind of off the wall to be honest but my grandma seemed to have it so together. Her pressence was calming for me. I saw her the day before she passed and that day changed me forever. It was the day i finally accepted my gender identity (bigender). I think it had a lot to do with my grandma even though she never said anything about it. I cant explain it really. Its just a feeling. But i want to write a song about it and her. I miss her

I miss my grandma as well. We had a special connection and she was the mother figure in my life.

That’s a great idea! Do you have things you and your grandma liked to do together? You could try to get inspiration from those memories. I hope you are able to do this. It’ll be so special

Hey thats a great starting idea. Thank you. Most of the time we just sat and talked, when i was younger id color and talk to her or wed watch the news or play a game. But in her later years she loved the casino and that was where she wanted to go the day before she died, so we did. I could write about that

Together with dad, I wrote an eulogy for grandma who passed last year. The priest reading it aloud at the funeral was pleasantly surprised. Grandma was a great person and we were all saddened by losing her to old age.
