I'm sorry you lost your mind. I hope you find it

My 5th grade teacher thought I was exceptional, so she gave me a problem. She had me sit with a mentally ill classmate. I knew nothing about mi then, only that my classmate was aloof, angry, uncomfortable and not much interest in school. It was frustrating.

Had to:

As a side note:

Not cool to have to babysit a peer. Defos the teacher’s job. Although now, schools have more resources for helping kids who have “problem” behaviors.

What do you mean by Defos?

I was made to check a classmates bookbag before they left every night to make sure she had her homework and books. Its kind of weird thinking about it now.

I guess “it takes a village…”…?

Still probs not appropriate if it’s a kid being told to look after another kid.

Dunno.
