I'm really nervous about meeting my supervisor for the first time

I have trial cleaning shifts this Thursday and Friday. I’m really awkward in person and am super nervous about meeting the owner of the cleaning company, who’s going to show me what to do. The job itself it easy obviously, but I’m worried the owner will think I’m a big weirdo.

You’ll be fine when the time comes. I get all stressed out about upcoming events too, but once I’m in the middle of them I’m ok. You’ll be the same, don’t worry.

Do some relaxation skills a little before you go. It won’t erase the anxiety but it will help lower it a bit
