I’m very excited. I love making it, and it turns out completely different each time.
I’m making it for me and the roommate, so I’m hoping it turns out well.
What do you guys usually put into risotto?
The only staples except for rice, for me, are curry and onions.

I also like to add peas for color or wilted spinach.
I love making risotto too.
It’s high maintenance, but totally worth it.

Fun fact, risotto is not just a dish, it is also Chef Gordon Ramsay’s catchphrase.
At least I’m pretty sure it is, after years of watching his shows.

Wine (white) or champagne
And a bit of stock and mushroom powder
Sometimes a chicken stock from cooking a chicken if I’m not eating it, with chicken pieces
