Do a quick google on a simple curry. You might need some herbs from the store but a decent curry with rice is an easy dish!

Yeah good call @anon26860655 . An hour away through traffic but we ended up winning. Bowled em out for 113 and we got them 5 down. I opened and made 27. Took one catch and not a bad day!

I found like 50 curry recipes on BBC time range between 50minutes and 6hours plus overnight chilling.
Later I am going to the store to get the ingredients and I start clocking.

What do you think if I use pork instead of chicken @rogueone ? Might be a problem, the thing is I do not tolarate chicken so good and lamb or cattle meat is expensive but I have pork at home
I know an Indian who cooks authentic with my ingredients, bacon and eggs

It’ll be cool. A good basic curry doesn’t have to be too involved. My mother does a good one and it’s great! Serve with rice. Good food can be simple too!

Rice and curry sounds good. I have two bags of dry rice that I need to do something with. Maybe I’ll try that. Good suggestion.
