I’ve been up since 2 am.
I studied an hour.
My cleaning lady did her magic.
My mom will drop by for a brief visit any minute.

Cleaning ladies are fantastic, without my staff I would live in a shithole.
I’m back home but on home leave, still on a section. I don’t want to go back to hospital. Some very poorly people in there.

I slept okay. I just go early to bed and get up early.
I’m tracking my sleep since I quit clozapine and that might have an impact.

Have you found an alternative to clozapine? I always thought clozapine was last resort?

I take Invega; and clozapine as a sleeping aid, but it stopped working.
Edit: I’m also fed up with sleeping 12 hours a night.
I will only go back on clozapine if my voices get louder but they haven’t so far.

I’m on Invega 150mg (I don’t know which brand Invega) but I become psychotic with religious delusions and very very manic and they only put me on a mood stabiliser without changing the antipsychotic which I’m on maximum dose. I thought with the psychosis they would change the antipsychotic but the mood stabiliser as worked. I’m very restless though.
