@Erez_Shmerling Your thoughts of “I don’t want to live” are common in schizophrenics. Just look at all the threads posted with similar titles, “don’t want to live”.

@exhile the reality is that these are intrusive thoughts.
In reality I do want to live.
The intrusive thoughts got better on olanzapine but I still have them unfortunately.
I have schizophrenia yes, I am certain of that.
I don’t care that my quality of life is poor, this is my life and I think I should cling to it.
I have no other life after all.
