at allbookstores.com I can see internationally where my book is sold…I think everyone that buys my book buys it used so I never see the royalties from those books sold…I don’t care about the royalties…I just want my book to be read. but how many? I will never know…I do know from royalties that I’ve sold about 700 books since it was published…

That’s 700 people. That isn’t an insignificant number. Just enjoy the ride my friend. There’s things out of your control with that but it’s good to promote when you can.
