You have to limit your screen time…. I limit my screen time , will be here less often, also read a lot fantasy and sci fi. I also meditate for self exploration this also sparks imagination…. I feel better now after I limited my screen time , also not listening too much music, like being in silence. With candle light up… in the dark… thank you for reading , happy day to you

If its working for you then thats a good thing, You can come here anytime you like but i relate to the self control, limiting screen time.
I need to be very careful, i only really come online after my dinner for a while but i do other things like play poker and some simple games.
I like variety but i can see how solitude and quiet time could help, reading is also really good for the brain :).
