I feel like something is missing

Sometimes I feel like this and I either eat some good food or read a book.

I’ve done bouth but I still feel like I need more stimulation.

In the past I used to read books on heavy topics but my interests have changed.

I have been listing to some Audiobooks but they are not enough.

Only thing close to that kind of stimulation is when I talk with my friend about some interesting stuff but that mf is sleeping.

Because of this I cannot fall asleep. And even if I do I will have a terrible sleep

What are your ways of dealing with lack of mental stimulation?

Have you ever played Video Games. Some can be really immersive. I typically play to distract myself.
