I wouldn’t. My life isn’t defined by having SZ. Only reason I hang around here is to try and inculcate the same attitude in others.

No particular song comes to mind right now.
However I always try to remind myself that sz is nothing more than an illness. When properly managed, its influence can stay limited. The less I think of it, the better. I don’t let it define me and dictate my actions.
