In many respects, we cannot talk about many current events. For example take the matter with Ukraine. I cannot get a well rounded view because Russian media is blocked online. The only feedback or view I can take, is the one set by our Government - who have a bias and take a side. Therefore my right to view free press is restricted. I have to break the law and use VPN to be able to watch RT.
The basis? Its Russian state sponsored… as if other media outlets are not state sponsored. Hilarious.

Following current events is very difficult for me. It winds up my stress and that winds up my symptoms. I rely heavily on stress management techniques to handle the significant positive symptoms bumping along on minimal APs leaves me with.

If it broke out cars wouldn’t even work let alone the internet. I wouldn’t be in the vacinity of a nuke. So it would be a slow death for me from radiation poisoning.
Ive already thought of that, been stocked and prepared for years. Id be safe for about 4 weeks, which is ample time to move out of the vicinity.

If WW3 breaks out can you imagine how difficult it would be to find toilet paper?
My late mother was a Holocaust survivor. My late father fought in WW2. I was in the military. I realize a large-scale war will result in many deaths. That said, I can’t do anything about it.
