If only i could harness all this bad feeling and delusions and everything thats going on into something positive. I want to be able to learn how to use my depression than it using me.
I fight my depression…yell at it and then do something about it…staying busy helps…sometimes it gets the best of me and I will sleep all day but I hate that when that happens so I avoid bed until it’s time to go to sleep. good luck.

You’ll find lots of websites will tell you to do something even if you don’t feel like it and it is actually pretty hard to do. Gotta be more assertive though! I find when I’m being more assertive those are the days I’m feeling better.
try walking. it is a pleasant activity and while it ain’t runners high it is something nice like satisfaction with life that it brings out.
fresh air also helps dispel the cobwebs in our brains.
for me, friendship is the best antidote to feeling down. maybe you could find a friend?

the idea of releasing ominous feelings into healthy action is interesting. some say I release my dangerous feelings by writing poetry. have you ever tried boxing or sports? but maybe those are good for releasing anger rather than depression.
I play basketball for fun cause of my height but lately ive had no one to play with. I write poetry and raps too but havent written in a while
I fight my depression by exercising.
Running, jogging, weight lifting, Yoga, stretching, bag work, Muay thai, mountain biking… and even playing a musical instrument. These are all activities can get your mind to start becoming more positive and getting out of the depression.
Talk with your family, they are there to care for you and will help you in times of bad and good. I’m sure you will be able to fight it. You can be a fighter…
