Do I have burnt out pleasure centers? I don’t know. No interest/motivation… memory (both working memory and long-term memory) is defective. Such a sore loser. I’m normal because of
two anti-psychotics Olanzapine 20 mg every night + Risperidone 4 mg every night
100 mg B6 daily
and
large doses of L-theanine and 3-5 grams of sarcosine
even then no motivation.
I don’t have money but when I used Noopept+sarcosine I had lots of motivation and interest.
I think I miss the best or one of the best nootropic “NOOPEPT”.
Edit: [ I forgot this…] I also use 10mg Selegiline. Downgraded from 20mg to 10mg.
I’m on resperidone too. I don’t know anything about those other things you are on. I lost 70 lbs on Resperidone. I used to work out with weights, play volleyball and tennis and walk everywhere, every day. Not any more, except I still take walks.

Are you saying that prior drug abuse causes a greater risk of dependency on legal medications such as anti-psychotics?
When I take Olanzapine I can sleep well and when I don’t I can’t sleep. Risperidone alone doesn’t help.
Seroquel used to knock me out at night. I stopped taking it because it made me feel tired in the morning but now I sleep fine. Maybe you are ingesting caffeine?
I drink lots of tea and this is from early 20s and back then I had no problems
My experience: Olanzapine good for sleep and Risperidone good for -ve symptoms.
Noopept ---- BEST.
Tea has a little caffeine, right? Maybe as you age you are getting more intolerant of caffeine.
Caffeine is not good for ADHD and that is wriiten in a Reader’s Digest special book. [ Foods that harm, foods that heal ].
That makes sense. ADHD makes you hyper, right? And so does caffeine.
Schizophrenia and ADHD both have their Prefrontal cortex — Executive decision making — totally screwed.
