Ideas for a marriage present for my brother and sister-in-law

Hi there!

My brother and sister-in-law are getting married in 1,5 month! As a present they ask for money for their travelling after marriage (I don’t know how it is in other countries but it’s normal to give money in a wedding here). I’d like to give something small, nice and personal though from me and my 5 year old son besides the money. My inspiration and creativity are lacking a bit at the moment though.

Any good creative ideas, recommendations, etc?

Of course you people don’t know them, but maybe you did something really nice for a family member or friend once and it will give me a nice idea.

Thanks!

Here are some craft ideas from a site I’ve used in the past.

When my brother and sister in law got married they got four woks. They were trendy back then. You might get them a gift card at a nice restaurant.

Wine glasses or scented candles might go over well.

The head of their enemies…thats always a nice gift…

What about a decorative compass, so they’re always on the same or right path together?

Thanks for all the nice ideas! The website with ideas of how to have children create beautiful gifts is really useful, also for other days and people!

My suggestion is - get them a good cook book and get your mom and grand mom to write down all their favorite recipes and add them to it.
This is something i really wish i had done.
