I Wrote My Autobiography

I finished writing my autobiography today. It was fun to write. I wrote a chapter a day. My book has twelve chapters. About eight to twelve pages per chapter. My book includes a lot of dates and I was wondering if I should edit out a lot of these dates as it’s not a history book after all. What do you guys think?

My book is about my life growing up as an abused child. My teenage years with bulimia. My abusive marriage. My psychosis in nursing school. My years in the Air Force Nurse Corp. The years I was living in Phoenix, Arizona and dating women. It’s about my heartache over a woman in Phoenix and moving back home to Omaha, Nebraska. It’s about my suicidal ideations regarding this woman in Phoenix. It’s also about my son’s developing psychosis and hospitalization. And about his attending martial arts training. And about his suicide. It’s about my recording of three easy listening musical albums. Those are some major points in the book. It’s basically about my whole life.

That’s pretty cool! :sunglasses:

I’m trying to forget my past lol. My worst fear is I’ll become famous and people will find out about all the crap decisions I made. So I won’t be writing one myself!

Great! I think everyone should write their autobiography. You’ve got to believe in yourself. I wrote something a few weeks ago but it was only about 10 pages, and I marked it “confidential - to be read by my future wife.”
