I wish I could quit smoking

I say start cardio like jogging or cycling or boxing and then you will want to not smoke because it messes with the cardio.

I smoke one every morning and sometimes one during the day if I feel bleh and need a little boost. I can and do still box and jog well.

I used to smoke a pack a day and it feels good to be healthy again. I’m working on no smoking but it settles my stomach when I wake up-I wake up vomiting every morning.

I’m on the patch too.

I’m using Chantix to help me stop smoking. It really helps me with the cravings. I smoked the first week of being on Chantix and then I realized I wasn’t getting anything out of them anymore so I quit. Good luck.

Yes, but try not to be too hard on yourself.
What your friend said is important to you but you just need to proceed at your own pace.
