It’s easy to say you want to emigrate from Israel but which country do you want to immigrate to?

@exhile I don’t care, I don’t care.
I just need to get out of Israel.
I also need to quit olanzapine, the main reason I went on it is thoughts that I wanted to urgently move abroad,
the thoughts are still here!!

@Erez_Shmerling You’d better stay on your medication or change to a more effective one. Perhaps increase your dosage?

I thought those thoughts had improved for a while when you started the olanzapine? Maybe you’d benefit from a different dose. Possibly a SSRI would be beneficial? I think they are supposed to help intrusive or obsessive thoughts

As to moving abroad, I recommend Switzerland

@zenmind these are intrusive thoughts, the problem is not with the location.
In practical terms Israel is fine.
I suffer from schizophrenia related intrusive thoughts and hostile thought content.
Imagine someone telling you to go to hell.
This is the nature of the thoughts regarding moving abroad.
