But after leaving once and fired twice idk if they’ll hire me back… I was pretty bad when I was unmedicated and hope they give me another chance… Doubtful but we’ll see being a Walmart cashier was my favorite job out of all 11 jobs I had… It made sense in my head and wasn’t so hard…

I was a cashier at a casino for 5 years. It was a lot of fun. I can see why you would like that job. I wish you luck in getting your job back.

I used to unload trucks for them. We’d stack the merchandise on pallets and pull the pallets out to the floor for the night crew to stock. We worked a 4 pm to 1 am shift.

@Leaf @Happy_H and @LED I know my hopes are a little premature because I still have my hearing on April 30th but I can only take y’all well wishes and try after I get my disability… Who knows maybe they’ll let me back on the team… I loved it there… I just hope I get an interview when the time comes… Sorry for being long winded… My head is starting to hurt…

Not sure how they do it, but if you fill out a paper application, maybe you could include a letter? Try to explain that you were sick the last time you were there but are under medical care now and doing much better.

@LED it’s all by computer now days and won’t listen to you unless you have an interview I guess I can bug them until they hire me… If that falls through I can always work as a front desk person at a hotel or something

@Leaf thanks the lawyer thinks I have a really good chance and I’m excited to have it all done and over with… The hearing gives me great anxiety

I work at Walmart as a cashier. It’s a good job. I would talk to the store manager about the situation. They might put you on a more casual basis or maybe in another department with less contact with customers. At least until you rebuild trust. Good luck, I hope it works out for you.

I don’t know anything about getting a job after getting fired there, but I’m really glad to hear you got a lawyer for disability. I think that makes all the difference in the world.

I find this job so stressful. I am scared of thiefs in particular and people like that coming into shops and I’m just not the type to stop them.
But if the job suits u that’s wat matters. I really hope you get it if you want it. Its nice coming across so many customers the majority are friendly
That is good @Twialine. Someone suggested I get a job there. Do they get health benefits? I might be working Oakleys or PanSun, have to turn in my resume.
