A lot lately to feel calm. I can’t seem to feel calm or at ease
I rock when I’m struggling, very soothing. My rocking chair gets a lot of use.

I rock a lot when I’m stressed.
I know that feeling all too well. Even when my mind is exausted I am unable to get a proper nap. There is not much that helps me. Except maybe a cup of tea. I started meditating today for the first time, maybe that will do something positive.
Im exercising yes. It’s just that I have constant anxiety and rocking helps.

I’ve always needed a rocking chair. I’ve been that way since I was about 4.
It’s very soothing. I have an outdoor one in my backyard, but it’s too cold to go out there now. I’m just rocking myself on the couch and in my bed.
I used to do that when I was 4 and 5. I really like rocker recliners.
