Happy Birthday, you are not old, you are young, I do not know what the therapist meant when he/she said āyou need to go out moreā, I think that being outdoors and exercising is very helpful, at least I enjoy my bicycle riding.
i celebrated my birthday on sunday with my partnerās little sister and her niece. I had a cake and chili dogsā¦ my partner gave me a couple of coffee mugs, and I didnāt see her though until 4pm that day because she had to go to school and she worked the night before.
@mjseu my therapist wants me to spend time with people is what she meant.
