I think I got a raise

I got some message on my phone saying i had been promoted to “blue badge associate”. I had no idea what it meant, but when I signed up for my hours this week, the pay listed was 50 cents an hour higher.

Can’t argue with that.

It was totally unexpected.

Congratulations @Bowens !!! Where I work there is only one pay per position so I can’t get a raise unless I become a manager which I don’t want to do

Im not sure what you mean @zoa . Its not that big of a deal, but I didnt expect it so its nice.

Its 50 cents an hour more than what I was making before.
