I suffered half my life
the tide has been turning since 2010
My tide has just started turning this year
May we continue to not suffer
Very few people live their lives without some kind of suffering. I’m glad your life is getting better.
i am 65 and much of my life was also – suffering, but things have been on the up for a long while only in my case getting out of suffering has been slower than slow.
judy
Yeah sux balls but I struggled for years till meds and that was like 29.
It’s nothing unusual but most people who use these forums are doing better than most. Remember that my friend because it’s just the way it is. It’s nothing special even though our thinking will tell you otherwise.
Suffered from what?
I understand. I have suffered all my life with one thing or another. The best way through any of it is to remain clam and focused to a goal to get through the issue(s) at hand, even when in unmentionable circumstances.
Yes I know what it’s like to suffer but at the same time you have so much control over your life even though you don’t believe.
Life is about suffering, It’s the first noble truth.
Sorry for that, @san_pedro
I can relate. I was actively psychotic and totally confused for a whole year. And another year mildly psychotic.
Just after 5 years of being with very mild symptoms, * mean just several months ago I started realising I do understand most of reality, most of facial expressions, most of surroundings are accurate, and that I am not hallucinating most of the time.
I know it’s strange, but I believe I started healing from PTSD created from psychosis.
In conclusion, both psychosis and time after psychosis were horribly hard for me. So it’s like ~7-8 years.
I worry that my mental and physical health will get worse over time (I’ll be 50 this year).
