What is this brainwashing you keep mentioning? Can you define it?
Hello @Pikasaur . brainwashing means the thoughts that come directly to your head- that’s direct brainwashing.
Another type of brainwashing is indirect brainwashing- what others think about you.
With hostile direct brainwashing it is very very difficult to live.

One of the components of the disease is hostile brainwashing. Both direct and indirect.
And the hostile brainwashing is present, to a certain degree, already in the prodrome, and gets worse with
disease onset.
I fit the pattern in that regard.
Have you tried meds? They might help you

Meds may help, but they come with a heavy price tag.
They have serious cardiovascular, metabolic, energy side effects.
I am a person who looks to lead an optimal lifestyle health wise, and make efficient use if my energy, more so than
the lion’s share of the population. and so I am not going to do this.
I don’t know if that constitutes brainwashing.
It sounds more like obsessive or intrusive thoughts to be honest, and mixed with paranoia.
Brainwashing, to me, is when someone else is making you believe things and act in certain ways through affecting you in direct and indirect ways.
Chess if you are worried about health look up the effects of untreated schizophrenia on the brain. The prognosis isn’t good for those who don’t take meds. That is why it is optimal that you get on meds asap. Despite the side effects of meds the prognosis is far worse for those who go untreated.
