I have not experienced any manic symptoms for 4 years since I restarted meds… and even then I don’t think I was manic in hospital. but the antidepressants did induce psychosis. maybe I don’t have enough insight though,

Yeah the question of me having bipolar has been a life long question for me and the doctors treating me all these years.
Both SZA bipolar type and bipolar with psychotic features fit me as I have mood shifts and psychosis.
Currently with my new psychiatrist my dx is SZA bipolar type
