im not sure how much time I spend here. Im not usually on mornings. then check in at lunch. come and go in the afternoons, and back again in the evenings before bed. probably here 2 to 3 hours a day. I need to cut back.

I spend quite a bit of time on here too. I wonder if I had gotten off meds n had a life if I’d still be sucked in
